The activity implies two stages; the first stage, prior to the execution of the works, refers to the elaboration of the town planning study; the second stage refers to the execution of the works and is related to the construction of the buildings.
There are two components of the assistance and consultancy mission: the first one refers to the assistance and consultancy offered to the Beneficiary; the second component refers to the process of standing for the Beneficiary so as to deal with potential operators and with local administration within the scope of promoting the projects, especially regarding the legal administrative approvals. |
