The project management activity lies in the coordination of the factors implied in promoting and putting into effect of the investment projects, namely: the Investor (Beneficiary), the General Designer (Architect), the General Entrepreneur (Constructor), sub-advisers, subcontractors, services and building materials providers and local/central public authorities.
The Project Manager has the responsibility to assure the achievement of the project, the observance of the technical parameters designed, of the financial estimates and of the execution of the calendar plan.
