This shopping centre will be located on a piece of ground covering a total area of over 120,000 sq. m., situated on Highway 13, towards Sighisoara, 2,5 km away from the centre of Brasov. (The distance can be covered in 10 minutes by car.)
The new shopping centre will consist of a Carrefour hypermarket covering an area of about 11,000 sq. m., a row of shops that will cover an area of about 18,600 sq. m. and will comprise an electronics and electric appliances shop, restaurants with terraces and other 70 shops of various types, as well as a Praktiker warehouse (offering odd jobs articles), covering an area of about 8,000 sq. m.. The entire complex will have a
1,200-spot car park.
The works will begin on July 15th and the official opening is scheduled for September 15th 2009. |
