The shopping centre, covering an area of 48,700 sq. m. is situated on Highway 2A, in Palazu Mare district in Constanta. The shopping centre consists of a hypermarket and a row of shops with a total area of 32,000 sq. m., a Bricostore warehouse covering an area of 9,000 sq. m. and a car park including about 1,800 spots, as well as verdure spots, roadway and access.
The Contract started in May 2005 and was finalized in October 2006. |
