Situated in the area of Constanta Seaport (Gates 3 and 4), on a piece of ground having an area of 16,000 sq. m., this project consists in a mixed scheme, combining offices and shops, underground car parks and infrastructure networks. The project will be executed in three stages. The total investment is M€ 120.
The total constructions’ area is about 60,000 sq. m.. The first stage refers to the building of 6 sections that include car parks – 22,000 sq. m. (15 levels), business premises – 23,000 sq. m. (12 levels), offices – 2,000 sq. m. (8 levels), recreation areas (2 levels) and a pedestrian area (1 level); this stage will be carried out in December 2008. The first stage also includes earthwork, supporting walls and resistance structures estimated at M€ 24 and the total amount of the investment is M€ 40 (for the first stage).
The Project Management activity started in August 2006 and the works began on January 17th 2007. |
